- Step 1 - Send your CV
Do you want to embark on a new career path with us? Send your CV or contact us. We carefully analyze each question in terms of candidate qualifications and suitability for our company. - Step 2 - Short telephone interview
If we think you have the right qualities to work at Raben Italy and your experience and knowledge correspond to what we are looking for, we will contact you to ask you some simple questions and arrange a meeting. - Step 3 - Meeting in the company and interview
In this phase you will tell your experiences and your expectations to our HR Managers and to your potential Manager, in a relaxed atmosphere in which you cannot help but feel at ease. All this to make sure there is a mutual professional interest. During this meeting you will learn more about our company, the requirements for a certain position and the specifics of the job. Most of our hiring processes involve a maximum of two meetings. After each meeting you will receive feedback from us. During the recruitment and selection process, we may ask you to take aptitude tests with which they would like to test your knowledge, language skills, analytical and personality predispositions. - Step 4 – Feedback
We will notify you of our decision by email or by telephone within the time frame agreed upon during the interview. We hope it will be positive feedback in order to start our cooperation! - Step 5 – Welcome to Raben Italy
Now is the time we both hoped would come: we will sign an employment contract, discuss your onboarding process and possible career development paths.
