The customer
Bicelli, a family business based in Carpenedolo (province of Brescia), founded in 1968 and now led by the second generation, specializes in the production of hydraulic cylinders for agricultural applications, earthmoving machinery, vehicles and equipment for ecology, cranes and lifts, forestry equipment, aerial platforms, body shops and workshops... and much more.
With around 85 employees and an annual production of 100,000 cylinders, the company has developed a solid international presence overtime, exporting today to over 20 countries, mainly European.
The problem
The growth in exports, above all in countries as Germany, Austria and the Netherlands, has led Bicelli to look for a structured logistics partner, able to support regular and reliable shipments abroad.
The need was to entrust its goods to an operator who guaranteed:

The solution
The collaboration with Raben Italy, the Italian business unit of Raben Group, strong for 3 years now, was the answer to these needs.
Thanks to Raben Group's own network in 17 European countries, Raben Italy now manages over 150 groupage, partial load (LTL) and/or full (FTL) export shipments to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands for Bicelli, ensuring business continuity, reliable transit times and a high level of service.
The total integration of digital tools, such as myRaben, also allows Bicelli to enter its orders independently (with MyOrder), monitor shipments in real time, simplify operational management and maintain full control of their logistics flows.
