Recruitment and selection process:
 

• Step 1 – Send your CV
  Do you strongly believe in collaboration? Send your CV or contact us. We carefully analyze each question in terms of candidate qualifications and suitability for our company.
• Step 2 - Telephone interview
  If we think you have the right qualities to work at Raben Italy, we will contact you to arrange a meeting.
• Step 3 - Meeting and interview
  In this phase you will tell your experiences and your expectations to our HR Managers and Warehouse Managers, in a relaxed atmosphere in which you cannot fail to feel at ease. All this to make sure there is a mutual professional interest. We will introduce you to the working conditions we offer. In some cases, we will also verify the achievement of specific attestations.
• Step 4 - Telephone feedback
  We will notify you of our decision by email or by telephone within the time frame agreed upon during the interview. We hope it will be positive feedback in order to start our cooperation
• Step 5 - Contract signature
  Now is the time we both hoped would come - we will sign an employment contract and discuss your onboarding process.
• Step 6 - Welcome to Raben Italy
  Now that you have everything you need, it's time to start working together! If you are ready, we are ready! Together we can make a difference!
