Recruitment and selection process:
- Step 1 - Send your CV
Do you strongly believe in professional development? Submit your CV. We carefully analyze each question in terms of candidate qualifications and suitability for our company.
- Step 2 - Short telephone interview
if we think you want to gain experience and your skills are what we are looking for we will contact you to ask if you are still interested in working with us.
We will ask you a few simple questions and will probably arrange a meeting.
- Step 3 - Meeting in the company and interview
In this phase you will tell about your experiences, your future plans and expectations to our HR Managers and to your potential tutor, in a relaxed atmosphere in which you cannot fail to feel at ease. All this to make sure there is a mutual professional interest. During this meeting you will find out more about our company, the specifics of the job and the prospects for your development.
During the recruitment process we will evaluate if you meet the criteria of our organizational culture, your aptitudes and potential and, in some cases, we will also test your language skills.
- Step 4 – Feedback
We will notify you of our decision by email or by telephone within the time frame agreed upon during the interview. We hope it is positive feedback in order to start our cooperation!
